Bowmen of St Mary’s are a Target Archery Club for Recurve,
Compound, Barebow, and Traditional Longbow.
Located at The Academy on Cranbrook Avenue, Hull, the club shoots all year round, shooting 3 times a week, using the large playing field for their outdoor shooting during the summer months April – September, and the indoor hall for winter shooting October - April, with coaching, bow tunning & setup also being catered for all year round.
New members are welcomed and given the chance to try archery on one of our four taster sessions held in April each year followed by our archery lessons in May and July.
Archery can be challenging and rewarding whilst being fun and social, whatever your age you’re never too old to gain the mental and physical rewards, archers are encouraged to enjoy their shooting whether it be for fun or practicing for upcoming competitions, possibly even winning a few medals and trophies along the way.

Yorkshire Archery Association - Northern Counties - Archery GB (AGB) the governing body of Archery within the U.K. They provide an administrative function and cover clubs and archers with insurance.
